Suitable Credits are points that you can save and exchange for shopping credit. As a Suitable Club member, you earn Suitable Credits with every purchase. The number of points you receive is based on the purchase amount in your local currency. Once you have earned enough Suitable Credits, you will automatically receive shopping credit that can be used on the entire Suitable range.
You can also earn Suitable Credits by:
- Completing your personal details in your account;
- Leaving reviews for products you have purchased. Trustpilot reviews are excluded;
- Signing up for the newsletter.
- Suitable credit vouchers can be used on our website and in all Suitable stores.
- You will not receive Suitable Credits for gift cards, bags, and alteration costs.
- Suitable Credits are deducted from the value of returned items.
- Suitable credits from in-store purchases will be visible the next day.
- Suitable Credits from online orders are always held temporarily until the return period has expired.
- You may only use one shopping credit voucher per transaction. In the event of a return, the purchase amount will be refunded, but the voucher will not be reactivated.
- Suitable credit vouchers are valid for 3 months.
- Suitable reserves the right to withdraw issued Suitable Credits if necessary.
Yes, you also earn Suitable Credits in-store. Your purchases are registered under your name. Our colleagues in the store can explain how this works.

No, Suitable Credits cannot be used directly as a payment method. Once you have earned enough Suitable Credits, you will automatically receive a shopping credit voucher. You can use this voucher towards your next purchase.
Yes, if your online order or receipt includes multiple items, the shopping credit voucher will be divided among the remaining items. The purchase price of the returned item will be credited.
If your online order or receipt consists of a single item, the purchase price will be credited. The voucher will not be reactivated. Suitable Credits will be deducted from the return value.
No, you can only use one shopping credit voucher per transaction.
Yes, but that person must create their own Suitable account. Once the shopping credit voucher is redeemed, you cannot use it anymore.
Yes, it is possible, but keep in mind that you cannot use a voucher in parts. If the purchase amount is lower than the value of the voucher, you cannot redeem the remaining amount at a later time.
Your Suitable Club voucher is valid for 3 months from the date you receive it. After this date, the voucher can no longer be used. You can find the expiry date of your voucher in your account.
No, Suitable Credits and Suitable Club vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Yes. For online orders, Suitable Credits are only permanently added to your balance after the return period has ended. If you return an item, you will not receive Suitable Credits for the value of that item.
